Frontend

In Arabic: الواجهة الأمامية

Building apps

The part of an app users see and interact with: pages, buttons, forms and visual design.

The frontend is everything shown in the browser or on a phone screen: layout, colors, menus, input forms and button behavior. It is typically built with HTML, CSS and JavaScript and frameworks such as React. It talks to the backend to fetch and save data.

A customer's first impression comes from the frontend. Its speed, clarity and proper support for Arabic and right-to-left layout directly affect trust and sales. A beautiful interface that is slow on phones can lose you more customers than a simple, fast one.

Practical tip: design mobile-first, since most of your customers will likely arrive on phones, and test in Arabic first rather than as a later translation. Remember that any check done only in the frontend can be bypassed; important validation belongs on the server.

ExampleYour store's product page, with its photos, add to cart button and size picker, is all part of the frontend.
